Delivery & Returns


Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Next Working Day: Next working day delivery if order is placed before 3pm. If ordered on Friday before 3pm you will not receive your items until Monday.

Free Delivery (over £100): Orders over £100 will receive free Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail. Must be ordered before 3pm.

**Please note Ireland, the Highlands and Islands are excluded from next day service and will be sent on a 2-3 day service**

** All orders placed after 3pm will be shipped out on the next working day **

** Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not working days  **


Your full satisfaction is everything to us, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.

When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.

If the instructions are unclear, a refund or gift card will be processed.

If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.

If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning are customers’ responsibility. In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge. If you have a faulty item please contact us on

Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to process after we have received your item(s).
